Inn & Spa Policies
Accommodations include breakfast served in our beautiful
breakfast sunroom. Private room service is available upon
request at time of booking. Any dietary restrictions including
allergies need to be disclosed at the time of booking.
All of our rooms are double occupancy we can not accommodate
more than two persons per room. Applicable taxes apply and
rates are subject to change. A two night minimum may apply
on certain weekends and holidays.
Deposits: Reservations can be made and your room guaranteed
by using a credit card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and
Discover cards.
Cancellations
must be made ten or more days prior to the reserved date
of arrival. Please understand we are a small inn. Shorter
notice may result in your being charged for the room if
it is not rented for the date(s) you previously reserved.
Innkeepers are not available between the hours of 11am to
3pm. Please call for an appointment to tour the inn, so
we do not disturb any guests and insure the rooms are made
up to view.
Check in is 3pm - 6pm. Please advise at time of booking
if you expect to arrive past 6pm.
Early check in is available by prior agreement only. And
is subject to an additional charge of $ 25.00 per hour or
partial hour. Please advise Innkeepers if you would like
to arrive before 3pm (but no sooner than 1pm) the fee will
be added at checkout.
Check
out is @ 11:00am. Please understand we need to clean the
rooms for our next guests and can not extend check out times.
We cannot accommodate pets and smoking is not allowed in
the Inn.
